There’s no small satisfaction to be had from a local premiere: ‘Human Terrain’ in bold letters on a marquee that I pass under everyday on my way to work; easy logistics and a good rapport with the always congenial patron of the Avon, Richard Dulgarian; plenty of familiar and friendly faces in the audience; and a good excuse for a blow-out party afterwards, to recognize the incredible talent, effort, and time contributed by everyone from the Global Media Project and its orbit of supporters. -James Der Derian
